Hi, I’m Katie.

I am passionate about food, food systems, agriculture, farmers markets and music.

I am in my fourth year of International Development at the University of Waterloo. In September I am jetting of to Lilongwe, Malawi for an eight month field placement. I will be volunteering for the Association for Smallholder Seed Multiplication Action Group (ASSMAG), an organization that multiplies and sells high quality and affordable seed to smallholder farmers across the country. It’s a pretty cool organization and I am so excited to have the opportunity to be a part of it.
